You think GM makes a heavy truck, take any ford of the same style truck and add 500 lbs and on top of that rubber band they call a engine. Now thats a pig.

I was talking to a guy at the track and he was telling me that if you do start in 4 wheel drive and then shift into 2 wheel that you would have to let off the gas and then get back into it or the hubs won't unlock. Is that right?
If that is right I would think that you would still be faster becaues you could build boost before you launch and never spin
what do yall think?

it really freaked me out in 4x4..it would actually stall to 2800 and build prolly 4 psi before the tires would over come the brakes...

put it in auto 4x4 if you have it, but just switching out of 4x4 will keep your hubs locked for a short period but your t-case wont be running the front axle so your saving some power there and the advantage off the line in 4x4 will help you more than hurt you
