What kind of CR would 59cc heads get me on a 4.8 and honestly I don't know what the stock CR is. I tried messing with a compression calculator but don't know enough of the info.

Ya, I think Devin is on the right track. I'm pretty sure the stock heads on a 4.8L have somewhere around 65cc chambers and the stock CR on a 4.8L should be around 9.5:1. So you should be around 10:1 CR with 59cc chambers
