Disable all trans codes? right? I have a 6.0/th400, I had all the codes removed, no problems.
doesn't need vss to run properly, doesn't need PRD switch either.

this is what was recommended to me as i am doing the exact same swap as you(6.0->th400)

I was looking in the wrong area to fix an issue but no longer th400 went with a 60e now
