If the company is fixing it then maybe you could rethink your feelings about not going there again. It was the one bad employee that stole from you and the company is making it right. IMO they deserve to be given future business for doing the right thing.

I see your point and agree. I worked for this company years back and they are a good company. I personal would never go back to that store again. I dont think my dad will ever take his truck back to that store again because of the of the way it was handled and the employee&#39;s. They may change his mind when he returns for the service thats up to them.

I work in this business so I see bolth sides. There is a time to comp people to keep them as a customer and there are sometimes when that person is a liabilty as a customer and you just need to part ways. I feel that how we were treated so were parting ways. Im sure I could call again and bitch somemore and get what ever but its not worth my breath im just over it.

I would love no more than to give the name of the company, phone number and managers name to you all. But that would not be right. I&#39;ll through you a bone though. If you watch F1 racing they made big new last year
