Question 95 tbi swap to 5.3 vortec

Hello! I need info on swap from a 95 TBI to a 5.3 VORTEC. Could anyone point me in the right direction of buying engine harness and accessories to start the build???

Did this swap in my dad's 95 couple years ago, and doing this swap right now in my 94. Here is the link to my dad's 95 swap http://www.performancetrucks.net/for...d.php?t=435201

my 2 cents, get a complete pull out from a 99-02 truck, engine and trans for simplicity, get fuse block from the donor truck, and use the wiring info found here http://www.lt1swap.com/underhoodfuseblock.htm

Cut out the engine harness from the 95 and run a power from the 95 fuse block over to the LS fuse block. You should be able to mount the LS fuse block on the pass side pretty easy, you wont have room on the drivers side.... friggen huge ABS block...

    Good Luck!

have you bought a motor? if you did, if it has the harness Nelson performance can rework it for you no need to have that big fuse block. if it has no harness they can build you one and make for a clean install.

there are many who offer lsx motor adapter plates s&p, dirty dingo, trans dapt, Hooker headers, carshop inc, just to name a few.
