What defines "stock suspension"

Oh WOW I didn't know there was a thread on this lol. It's the same as street truck vs race truck debate... it will never be solved LMAO.

no kidding... people around here will argue the whole street vs. race car thing for ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever!!!

at the end of the day, IMO, does it really matter? for the most part were all just doing this for fun, no classes or anything, so whats it matter if you have this suspension or he has that or whatever. whatever works and makes you go fast is great as far as im concerned

No panies in a bunch at all sir, I respect what you've done very much. You are paving the way for others to follow. Just so happens that I used yours as a example. No pun intended. I was just asking for a explaination thats all. If anyone was close for this it would be Blown06. He has the most stock suspension out there I think.

i say anything on stock leafs is basically stock suspension still ?ide say im still on stock suspension cuz i aint got a 4link.but idk im slow

as the rule book states. Stock suspension can be modded as long as its in original manor. Lil Sis is still stock suspension, Hay hauler doesnt follow this rule

Fbodys with upgraded TA,CA,PB are all stil lstock suspension

TBSS with upgraded PB,CA like a spohn setup is stock suspension

4 link of any isnt stock suspension

ladder bar isnt stock suspension

just comes down to what you want to run in a certain class or etc.

I got leaf springs... and Caltrax... And i consider it "stock"... It all Bolts on and Off and its still heavy crap that truck came with ... Travis ( BLOWN06) went 11.06 with NOTHING but stock chassis ! No caltrax or long bars even stock wheels !! yeah maybe one day it will move again ... and yea... still "GOT LEAFS"

Hate to argue with you, but some vehicles come with 4 links off the lot. Imo stock is what it comes with from the factory.

You can argue all you want, but there are rules that state differently in certain organizations. It clearly says in those rules, TBSS with upgraded is considered stock. What are you even arguing?
