    Brakes locking up/ service stability

My 06 Tahoe(5.3,6inch lift on 35" tires) has an issue with the brakes engaging while driving down the road.It will flash service stability and apply the brakes so hard if you let off the gas you will almost skid to a stop.I unplugged the abs sensors at the wheels, pulled all related abs and stability fuses I could find but it still does it.It may go 200 miles or 2 miles before it does it. I set the tune back to stock (Hypertech) plugged up all sensors and fuses then took it to the dealership and they checked the computer and said it had these codes: C0750, C0755, C0765, C0760, C0240, C031, C0558, P0856, P1689. They were unable to diagnose or do anything to repair the problem due to an issue with their Tech II.Please give me any suggestions on what will help this problem.

I had a similar problem with my 08 sierra 1500 using hypertech but it wasnt the brakes. instead its the tranny shifting very hard but the service stability light flashes too and it starts to run like it miss fires til i hold a rev for like 1 mins. its getting very annoying. took it to a mechanic shop and they said that the stability light comes on when the motor misfires very often. but that doesnt make sense to me. I'm really close to just trading in my truck and getting into something else so i dont have to deal with it anymore. already spent $1200 on repairs and it still doing it.
