    Where are you at right now? The SSS guys seem to really like the 228R in the LQ9 but if you aren't worried about daily driving I'd say a TQv2 or maybe even an MS3 would be alright. I'm planning on a TQv2 for my truck because I already have a 3200 stall and really open exhaust plus I'm going to drop on a FAST 102/102 for the trucks.

    I'm sure whatever he specs will be as good as, if not better, than most off the shelf grinds. Especially since you're running L92's.

    There may actually be some Comp LSR grinds that would work well for you...
