    Battery Light

05 gmc sierra 5.3, has the alternator with 2 pin regulator (computer controlled).. alternator charges fine, but the battery light comes on randomly.. someone had put a O'Reilly's alternator on it before i got the truck, so i yanked it off and put good stuff in it, with an OE regulator, and im still having the problem.. with HP Tuners, can the battery light be turned off completely, or am i going to have to live with this stupid light??

Thanks in advance for any info...

The issue with the battery light went away after we started tuning with HP tuners. Don't know why but it is gone now. Just thought I would update.
