The December CHP mag shows red 69 Camero (pg 56) with a 348 Gen III LS6. It's using that cam with a Radix, Stage 3 Motorsports Tech Inc. heads (out of Houston), long tubes, and pulls 500 rwhp and 501 torque.

Whaddya think about that cam for my 6.0 to be built this winter?

With the 6.0 being good for another 20 ci the car ought to be good for maybe 525 hp/torque? Now if I just go for another 40 ci with the stroker...... But they say that the Radix won't feed the 402 enough air.

It's also got the coil packs mounted at the back of the cyl heads which I like a lot. The coil packs are just plain ugly sittin up there my powder coated valve covers.

I think they are right about the Radix not huffing enought air for the 402. I'm pretty sure it is close to its limits at 9psi on a 6.0L. Maybe a turbo?

I don't have a turbo..... I have a Radix. I'm still not convinced that it won't feed a 402. There are posters who are getting a ton of hp/torque with the 402 and a Radix. Whitt1 is getting over 600 rwhp with his setup.

Seems like the con men stole my thread! I start out asking about a cam and suddenly I'm giving away my Radix. Makes me dizzy!
