    i could definately see the calipers being the same. so for whoever said they checked the part numbers and they are the same good job. with the larger diameter rotor you really dont need a diff caliper just the abutement (caliper bracket). that moves it away from the rotor centerline for clearance and better leverage. same goes for z28 vs vette calipers. you can interchange calipers as long as the abutement stays with the vehicle. my two cents, get the bigger 05-06 rotors and caliper brackets and some ceramic pads and reuse your calipers so you dont have to open the system....gene

    You need the 05+ calipers, they are not the same. At least not from GM, pads are different too, also there is about a 150 dollar difference in replacement parts (again from ACDelco)

    According to Autozone's website (which might not mean a whole lot), the part numbers for the calipers for a 2006 and 2001 are different. The Hybrid trucks still used the 16"calipers.

    take it from someone who has done the swap already...THE CALIPERS ARE DIFFERENT
