Questions on tune???
The cam has been in for 4 weeks now and it still dies at idle on warm start. I think my regulator is leaking past again. New one tomorrow. Anyway, I was going to wait until spring and drive the truck with my '98 TA on a trailer to Chicago to SpeedINC to get both dyno tuned. Truck needs it because the Hypertech is a POS and it really needs a custom tune since the cam install. TA needs a tune because it is too rich and the idle also sucks. Questions:
1. How much difference would it be to get a mail order tune vs. a dyno tune?
2. How much power do you think my truck will put down with the mods in my sig?
3. Will the mail order tune be close to as good as the dyno tune?
