    Procharged Silverado

Hi, I am new to the site and I just installed a Procharger with a two core intercooler into my 2004 Silverado 2500HD 6.0, 4L80E and 4.10 gears.
I couldnt use an FMU because no return on the 04 so i used 42# delphi black injectors and an MSD voltage booster. When installing the voltage booster I knew i need a grey and black wire for the fuel pump. I reached up top but instead I got the evap solenoid plug. I ran 12volts to this solenoid and then got the code P0452!!! I removed and reconnected the wires and got the fuel pump.
I still get the code and the truck is a little weak on the bottom but rips upstairs...
Do you think i ruined the solenoid? Is it hard to change?
I also have a custom burn on the PCM.
Any help is appreciated. I did fab quite a bit because they don't make a kit for the HD....
I cleared the code twice but it comes right back.
    Thank you
    Dan

Welcome aboard - sounds like a nice setup.

Might want to post in the tuning section or mechanical.

    Welcome.

Ummm, a P0452 sounds like the EVAP system. Have it turned off in your tune. Easy fix.
If not, try turning off the truck, clear the code, unscrew your gas cap, slosh the tank around, and screw the cap back in. Restart truck. Code?

Are you sure you didn't cut the wires to the fuel tank pressure sensor that is right next to the fuel pump connector? Sorry but I didn't look the code up tonight...but I know it's a control code.

Right ON! I did cut the wires for the fuel tank pressure sensor and i hooked it back up and wired the fuel pump. But i wasted the sensor when 12 volts hit it, put a new one in and cleared code and all is good. Going to dyno next friday for a real tune and some numbers.
You guys are a great help and thank you soooo much.
