Yes sir --In my opinion that GOVERNMENT hyped cat piss is bad at over more than 2% mix--as an oxidizer it is OK-- In a closed fuel system.
It sucks up water --that is good if the fuel system is closed like on our trucks. But on a lawn mower, bike, boat that is open--the fuel tank is vented to the atmosphere--- it sucks up too much water and that corrodes the fuel system.
Gasoline does not prevent rust-corrosion. Ethanol corrodes very well. They have to truck that junk from place to place because it will eat up the pipe lines---adding more cost for the Government to subsidize.
PS I like cats. Have two of them.
Time 4 some more![]()

The ethanol did not "coat" his carb like he was complaining about.
Was probably some name brand additive.
Additives are all that separate name brand gasoline. All gas companies
use the same pipelines and mix all their gas together these days.
Only thing that changes is when they put their additives in before taking
it to the station
Ethanol will rot out rubber fuel lines and gaskets
Corn based ethanol is a joke and nothing but a special interest political
move to get mid-west farmer votes.

It's a fad and a farse. What's worse, the waste associated with making and delivering it, the horrible fuel mileage of E85, or the false advertising we get saying it's better for the environment?
I know my 350 runs like absolute garbage with it. There's only two stations around here that don't have it in the fuel, and one only sells 87. I have to fill up 17 miles from home to get 91 with no eth.

Not Cool, it will burn but with a loss of miles/liter . If you have big enough injectors you might get more power because of the lower combustion temperature with the cat pee. So you can run more boost.
Here is some hype from the above add.
""This product is the way to use less expensive fuel, cleaner fuel and fuel that will never run out because it’s made from natural products that can be replenished. Who says a truck can’t “go green”?""
I think tax $ are still paying to keep the price lower than market price would be.
For only $$$$795.99 you can burn ethanol.
Not for me.
