yeah the rotors and those clips are definitely to blame. That offset is absolutely fine. I dont know what brand of rims they are, but boss/ eagle wheels recommends that offset for your year of truck.

The first time i didnt see it, it was rusty and very thin. So I pulled em off again to look and I saw the little 1/32 washer on 2 of the lugs lol. What tha?

lol I have seen them on tons of vehicles just couldn't ever find a purpose. for what these pickups cost you think they could pull em off them after assembling the breaks.
