    sorry i didnt reply soonner ive been really busy trying to get the new business off the ground. i believe it is the thermal actuater because the front shaft spins but the front end wont lock in. i think i have tranny problems to. at idle i get weird noises from the front of my trans. its got me confusled. i guess its time to tear into the ol 5 speed. ahh itlll be aight.
    Daily driver: '97 Z-71 reg. cab, electric fans, dual bats, K&N cold air, custom built muffler, and your standard blue light special equip...
    My Baby: '67 GMC swb small back glass. 388ci stroker, old school bowtie heads est. 450hp, scat steele crank, eagle H beam rods, and Keith Black pistons, but only pushing 10:1 compression, fed by an Edelbrock 750 carb. THM350 trans. shiftkit w/manual valve body, 2800 stall going out back to some highway 3.42 gears, tubbed.

    shit %$&* damn. my tranny went to shit today. any body got a 5speed new venture that they will sell REALLY cheap?

    well hell, i got it fixed and got two 2wd 5speeds in the process from a buddy for free. i guess my buddies 78 camaro is getten a five speed, after all he did help me rebuild mine.
