If you're looking for performance you can feel just get a cam and tune. You can do that for probably just over $1000 if you install the cam yourself. Aside from forced induction or NOS there is not a better bang-for-the-buck option. I'm sure the headers, exhaust, and intake will give you some gains but I'd bet money it's mostly in the upper RPM range where most people don't really drive. You want it off the line. Here is a sticky at performancetrucks.net that goes through all the common bolt ons that claim power gains. Although it's for 99-06 models, it's good info that will apply to you in most cases ..... Bolt-ons for NBS 99-06 GM fullsize - PerformanceTrucks.net Forums

It's worth the time to read and will save you some money. There are also some good stickies on cam selection.

Well I got my exhaust done today, went with true dual Flowmaster 40 series with 3" turndowns. Now I want to figure out which bolt ons I will be doing, will any of these like a CAI, long tubes, ect void my factory warrenty?

They each void the warranty on the components they replace as well as any that need modified for this stuff to fit and anything that is damaged as a result of the installation.

So the answer is no with caveats.
