why i had to relist this auction

I had to relist this auction a second time. ebay kicked it off because my main title description had "...like time machine". i was using "search manipulation" which means anybody who was searching for time machines on ebay would have found my mind machine mixed into their search.

i understand and agree with this policy of theirs, but they should have emailed me a warning to change my discription and not just kick me off with out any emails or contacting me at all. what do you guys think? was that right of them? considering how big the auction was and how small of a seller i am.
