I've seen this car - he's in the Dallas area. It didn't have the wing on the back but it had the air filter out the hood. I was with my mother in law at the time and we were next to him at a red light. I didn't even see it - she was like "what is that thing on that guys hood?". I looked over and started cracking up...Took a pic with my phone...I'll have to see if I still have it.
