    Myself - twice:

    (1) explosion of brake fluid in the face directly in the right eyeball - excrutiating pain for hours, left eye totally blind for 3+ days, right eye totally blind for over a week, sensitive to sunlight for almost a year (could not go outside without HEAVY sunglasses) and today this is why I have 'droopy' half-closed eyelids (I got into the habit of carrying them that way);

    (2) caught between 2 moving cars and while escaping jumped straight in the air, caught my left foot between the bumpers crushing all 5 toes - on crutches 11+ months, took 2+ years to heal.

    Both are very entertaining stories

    I was installing a Billet battery tray top, and I touched the ground and hot terminal with the topper by mistake. The battery blew up and gave me 2nd degree burns on my hands and face, I still have some nice scars from that. To this day I will not mess with a battery, I would rather pay someone to install my battery!

    Before debit cards, I got a nasty paper cut writing a check to a mechanic. Then got a nice black eye, when my wife found out how much I spent on the ol truck!

    I stopped a fan on a running engine yesterday to complete my failed clutch diagnosis.
