steering wheel clockspring problems

im hearing a click when i turn and people are telling me its the clockspring
now can i ignore it or is the mothalover gonna lock up on me if i dont so can ya please help ppl

call this guy...he does steering column repair work. if its only the clock spring it should be cheap.
