    CompCam restitution for broken 918's

    Well after about 2 weeks of dealing with Comp Cams about the 918's that I had that broke here are the results.

    They will be sending me out the Comp Cam 26921-kit which retails for $700 for FREE!
    They also gave me huge discounts on a new set of pushrods and cam. The push rods are the 7.400 part number 7955-16 and the cam is part number 146-428-11. They are charging me $101.64 for the rods, and $318.15 for the cam.

    Pushrods 7955-16 Details: Hi-Tech, Chromemoly, Heat-Treated, 5/16 in. Diameter, 7.400 in. Length, Universal, Set of 16
    Cam 146-428-11 Details: Hyd. Hyd. 2200 to 7200 146-428-11 XR281HR13 281 293 228 240 .571 .590 113°
    Duel Spring Kit 26921-kit Details: Valve Springs, Retainers, Dual Springs, Titanium Retainers, Kit
    2004 EXC Silverado 6.2L
    Mods:
    6.2L L92, Ported and Polished stage 3 heads, 95mm Throttle Body, 100mm MAF, NA, Pacesetter LT Headers, Magnaflow X-Pipe Muffler, Electric Fans, 160* thermostat, 2" Drop Shackles, Hellwig Sway Bars Front and Rear, Monroe Reflex Shocks, NGK Spark Plugs, AMW Oil Catch Can, 17"x10" wheels on Kuhmo Tires.

    I am not sure where you go that idea. They are the leader in valve train technology.

    Congrats on the deal, you cant beat that. Get parts replaced then get a discount.

    Hard to bash them when they bent over to took it from me. And then on top of that gave me almost a $200 discount on the cam and rods.
