the 6.0 is alive!

well today we just fired up the 6.0 that we have been working on for the past 4 months. it fired up on the first try after i tightened down the bolt that holds the factory harness in the fuse block. the truck is a 92 fullsize. i did all the wiring myself. all of the factory gauges work even the ses light. it does have a p1sc procharger on it, but couldnt hear it too well cause of the open headers. we used a howell harness which i haven't seen too many people use on here. its got a driveable tune in it. but it's going to go for a final tune once we have all the loose ends buttoned up. if anyone wants to know anything about it just ask. im willing to help. plus i learned alot on this forum. i just wanted to share our accomplishment, that we cant wait to get out and drive. its a real clean install so if anyone wants to see any pics of it you can go to my myspace page www.myspace.com/wheelerscustom the pics are in the album elis collection.

I am in the process of getting parts to throw a 5.3 in my 88, should be a pretty good time. Looking forward to the experience. Using a factory harness, that is going to be the hardest part...
