    hey sc ,looking good.that fuel pump should get mounted with the rubber mounts,itll quiet it down.i had the same issue with mine,till i did.the noise travels through those brackets also and will vibrate on the frame ,even if u have the **** tighed out of it .I actually had better luck making it quiet by loosening the bolts alittle instead of tightening them to tight .i just listened as i repositioned the bolts ,tighter and looser.good luck ,i know what youre hearing,i had that same vibrating noise,but now i can hardly hear it ,not much loude than stock.

    Yes. Mount the relays (one for lows one for highs) up front near the battery. Use a 30 amp breaker to power the load inputs to the relays. The load output from the relays hook to the wire that was hot going to the headlights. Ground the relay coils to a good ground under hood. The wires that were hot from the switch now triggers the relays.
