I was wondering if anyone has killed a Jetta, I see a lot of them running around town with there stickers and exhaust, but people I have talked to said they are pretty slow. :lmao:

depends the jetta, if its turboed and has acouple of things done, its a monster. There is a place, i think its called gopar.com or something, its a full VW place, their chips are the ship (also cost a lot).. a turboed bettle went from 180hp to 220whp with just a their chip.

we don't see too many of them around SA, tx, mostly hondas and ghetto rides, lol.
what do ya'll think about the new evo from mitsu? i can respect the power and times, but i don't really like the boxy look of the car.
i think the subura wrx is also gonna haul ass with about 300hp,

yea, the wrx sti is nice.. I dont mind the EVO, i think in the deep 13's stock, it has the respectable 4g63, turbo, awd from mitsu, but crankwalk might still be an issue.
Here is a pic of one my friend bought (he livesin socal)

I have raced many jettas ,turbo and non. They are pretty quick but nothing like the GTI 1.8T's and the GTI vr6's. They can be quick when modified but I have raced some moded ones and they still are not that fast. The GTI's can be very quick when modified especially the vr6's.

Most of the people who drive VWs seem to be liberal tree huggers. I am sure racing is policically incorrect.
