Finally got around to making a new CAI.. Went to Lowes and paid 12 bux for some pvc and a rubber elbow.
Took about an hour to measure everything cut it, paint it and install it.
I am going to put a K&N sticker on the pvc to give me 15 % more hp.

Theres nothing like making your own custom parts. Nice job might want to think about making a heat sheild. I felt a bigger difference installing a heat sheild than with a complete cai. just my
