Help with tire to run w/ stockers

What is a good performance- long lasting- traction tire that I can run with my stockers for a little bit and which tire size should I go with? The stock size is 265/70-17

If it's a long term thing... You can't go wrong with Michelin ltx m/s's. They're not cheap, but you can't beat em.

I had those on my truck for almost 2 years...and I bought them used.....you should have seen my rears....they were damn near slicks......the only reason I went away from them was cuz plans turned to a lift...now Im kinda regretting going with the big BFG's...but oh well you gotta fail to learn the right way to go right?

I think that when I do the drop and decide on wheels Im gonna run BFG G-Force T/A's. I have heard nothing but good things about them all along. And they come in a crazy amount of sizes.
