What about the size of the 5.3 flex fuel injectors? They have to flow about 30% more than the regular ones just to get the engine to run properly on E85.
I have never seen a flow number for the size of them though to make a comparison.
if it's a 6.0 vette then it has an LS2 in it which means it will have 36lb injectors which would be a good upgrade for you...now if its the LS6 5.7 vette then i wouldnt waste the time on them
