I was thinking, instead of going with the "More Displacement" theory, I would like to head in a different direction. Stick with a stock displacement 5.3L (0.010" over for clean-up) and strap a Kenne Bell 2.8L supercharger to it. Run 12-14 psi with a goal of about 650RWHP. Effective displacment of about 500ci.

Thoughts?

Has anyone known or heard of anyone making 650rwhp with a Kenne bell 2.8l supercharger on 12-14 psi on a stock displacement 5.3???
No body said anything about the synergy turbo 5.3... nobody said 20psi on twins. Nobody said Meth, or nitrous. Everyone knows that 650rwhp is possible. But with the setup the OP stated is the question. Hell with a second stage, I can hit 650whp in my POS 4.8.

i think for a kenne bell to hit that amount of power its going to cost a fortune and i would hate to see the IATs on that setup
