Welcome to LS1truck Josh! Good starter truck-----for a 6.0L swap! hehe But you could prolly end up starting with the basic bolt ons...LT headers, CAI, tune, exhaust, etc. Then move on to the cam. A supercharger would work great in that thing--and a STS kit wouldn;t be bad either.

Yeah there are all kinds of s**t you can do to this truck. Pretty much everything you do to the 4.8 will swap over to the 6.0....virtually same blocks, just different bore/stroke. I like the turbos idea...that should work out nicely!

Well actually we have been workin on a website for the shop...It should be up and running in about a week or so. As far as prices goes...It just depends on what you have and what you want done to it. If you let me know what you want than I can get you a quote, untill the website is up. Its good to know that everything will swap from the 4.8 to the 6.0....um does that mean heads and cam too?? it would be awesome if the would. Thanks for the input...letme know if you have any more please...Thanks!!!

Yeah, most things can bolt over...but not the heads--different bore size. I would also NOT recommend using a 4.8L cam on the 6.0L. But if you do buy a healthly cam for the 4.8L, you can install it on the 6.0L.

    OK...Thanks

I think that for now I'm just gonna do some stuff to the 4.8, because theres nothin like the look on the guy with the 350 you just beat when you tell him..."its just a lil ole 4.8" lol I love it. one more question...catback or custom exhaust...from y pipe back 3.5in pipe to _Muffler undecided_ to 3in pipes into a 4in rolled tip. I'm lookin for a muffler that tells you this aint no ordinary v8...lol

After the socket joint (after the Y-Pipe), do a 3'' inlet/dual 2.5" outlet Magnaflow muffler with 4'' rolled tips. That would look and sound great!

Well you dont have to put the echo/cowboy tips on it like good ole tyler runs.jk. Im a fan of Dumping it under the bed. haha. Just my 2 cents though. Mangaflow will sound good and perform great though Its all I have run lately and probably all I will ever run from here on out.
