ok pals, a friend from guadalajara mex wants a programmer for his 08 silverado.. i know that the way to go is to get a tune from nelson like i did, but he say that it is going to be a pain in the ... to get it all the way to where he lives, so he wants to get a handheld programmer for his truck so he can install it or uninstall it any time he wants... wich one should he get? wich is the best handheld programmer he should buy?? thanks
