I have a 2004 Silverado rcsb with a 2/4 lowering kit on it. I originally put a ground force 2/4 with coil springs in the front and leafs in the back. Once the truck was lowered I noticed (not right away) that the truck sat cocksided. The passenger side tires had more gap between the fenders than the driver side tire's, so it looked like the driver's side of the truck sits a little lower than the passenger side. I wasn't satisfied with the coil springs because gm couldn't aligned my front end due to the geometry change in the front so I put the stock coil springs back on and replaced the spindles with beltech 2" drop spindles. After I installed the 2" drop spindles the front sat higher than it previously did with 2" drop coil springs...??? I'm now about to order beltech 4" shakles and hangers drop to put my stock leafs back in because the ride is so rough (the stock leafs have much more arc so I assume that the ride quality would be better). When I first got my groud force leafs they looked almost straight with no arc hardly.. and now that there on my truck for about a year I looked at them and they looked as if they're bent. My truck bottoms out on almost every bump I hit and it is really annoying! Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
