Jordan, I had to have the tooling made for the CNC bender I'm using. Hopefully the machine work will be complete in a few weeks and we'll be moving forward. I was having problems trying to get the headers made so I decided to make them myself and have them coated ocally. The tooling I have will even do stainless but I'm going to start out with a quaity DOM tubing and see how things go there first not to mention they will be cheaper than stainless and last for a long time once coated inside and out. I'll probably go ahead and make all of the truck headers needed for any member here on LS1Truck whether it be a 1970 - 2007 truck. The LS1 conversion headers will be first though.
