i have no clue what the valley thread is but so far im running better times than all of these monster cam trucks i hear about in an extended cab...not to say that theres not more left in it with a cam but i plan to find out.

this actually stems from a buddy of mine having a spare ms3 cam laying around and he said i can borrow it and test it out if i want. sounds like fun to me

okay i run a 233/238 .600/.608 112lsa and it makes good power..better on the bottle in my 6.0

have a buddy that put a 242/248 .6xx/.6xx 110lsa....its basically the t-rex cam and he put down 440rwhp in a 6.0 with some good 243 heads, now that thing made some great power...dyno kept making and he stopped at 7k rpm...peak was at like 6400 and this is with the stock truck intake...he admitted the cam is not to big but the motor is to small for the cam lol, but he was saying when it shifted it would fall on its face for a sec till it hit 5k rpm then it would pull again

it's a 242/248 on a 110. around 620-630 lift i think. damn thing screams above 5.5k, but with the low shift extension with the tt3000 it falls off a lil then picks back up again.

well the 237/242 is a loaner to test out the effect of a bigger cam. if i decide i like a bigger cam and buy a MS4 charlie wheatley will be the next proud owner of my 226 cam. i have a feeling the 226 will be going back in though.
