I just installed a transgo shift kit. For some reason (I don't think it's my imagination) when taking off from a stop when the tranny is cold it feels real sluggish. When it's warmed up, it seems fine. Everything shifts fine. What part of the tranny controls the immediate takeoff i.e. accumulator or a certain valve in the valve body?? I am a dumby when it comes to trannies. Hope you all can help.

I think I got it! I used vaseline to hold a spacer up inside a filter and that probably messed with my line pressure. After a few heat cycles in the tranny it finally feels better. I guess it got hot enough to wash that vaseline out.
