    Cam for turbo?

    I need stuff in writing or I forget. Looking for recommendations on a cam for a turbo setup...

    Sorry - this is my online note taking area:

    Per Virgil: 212/222 .56x lift 114+lsa

    LS6 cam is: 204/218 int/exh @ 0.05" duration
    0.551" / 0.547" int/exh lift
    117 LSA

    You should run foggys cam. Its a real nice one, and im going to be running it in my setup. Its the 220. You can also run the zo6 cam. Alot of guys with reg cabs run that
