Probably the encoder motor, or do you have the stick in the floor for the t-case?

Also how many miles are on the truck?

Look for the pump rub hole on the t-case, it is a common problem.

I see you have the 2007 model, is it the NBS or the classic?

I will be out of town starting in 30 min. until Sunday, so if you need any help with this, I can get you going in the right direction, I have some knowledge of those New Process 261-263 Transfer cases.........

Yeah, it is either the Encoder motor or the Encoer switch inside the motor. It is usually the Encoder switch. GM trucks have this issue quite often for 4WD trucks. And if it is the pushbutton 4WD, then sometimes the dash mounted switch goes out, but that rarely happens. Did you get a "Service 4WD" light on the Message Center on the dash?

no, no message or code. The dealer changed both the parts you mentioned, along with alot of other parts inside the t-case. they think it is in the tranny, Im talking with Casey23 now about what possibly it could be, it just started after the suncoast install. No fix yet though
