Just wondering how many guys on here have swapped in LSx's into their S-10's and any pitfalls that may have arisen. A few areas I'm wondering about are:
* front k-member or crossmember (pardon my ignorance) needing to be cut
* only LS1 stock manifolds fitting
* location of T56 shifter in our floors
* would spacers be good to locate the block further back and help with weight distribution
* any computer wiring problems
* what driveshaft to go with (thinking about aluminum ZR2)


I'm ultimately thinking about getting rid of my 1995 and going with a 2001+ (only V6 work?) so that I can use the stock computer and already have the frontend I like (~$1000 conversion on my truck) and save the money to put into that into a roller

I have a little over a year before I plan on getting this done and trying to do some research and educate myself on the subject a lot more.
