when I take my truck in to get a new gauge cluster bc of the failure problems, i heard they reflash your PCM. Is Wheatleys PCMs locked? or can the dealership still reflash it? Thanks

shouldnt be able to reflash it if its locked.. Im pretty sure wheatleys is locked.

or just order a new cluster and install it urself. i dont see why ud have to have it reflashed by them, hell it just plugs in. im sure wheatley could take care of anything that needed changing. get ahold of charlie and see what he says.
I work for a gm dealership and I install clusters all the time, we only program mileage into new clusters and installed updated calibrations into the cluster through the body control module, so your fine
