This has happened twice now. The first time my dealer reprogrammed the bcm and everything was fine. It did it again today and the dealer said there must be a power surge to make it mess up. Do you think my e-fans have anythng to do with it? They are hooked up to a vsc.
The dealer said that they can look at it again but they may have to keep my truck " for a few days"
Any ideas?

Need more info. Does the radio just not come on? does the display light up? Or does it ask for a code? Will it still work in the accessory position? Do you have any none factory (amp, EQ) add ons to the system? Did this happen after you installed your fans or after another mod? Fill us in.

The radio comes on, just no sound. It has happened before and after the fans. No, not any aftermarket stuff.
What's strange is that today when I started my truck the radio came on like nothing had ever happened!? Guess I'll wait on taking it to the dealer.
