guy's what kind of power can the 4l70e trans hold up to in a new body style silverado 4WD with the 6.0.. I am thinking of adding some power to this toy. I have a Nelson tune and i love the way it shifts but im thinking with a little more juice things are going to break and want to get out ahead of it.

FLT is the best in the country. I have one of there transmissions and have beat the crap out of it with not even a sqeak.

The person you speak of is me. Vince Bielanski shop manager of Finish Line Transmissions and also a paying sponsor of this site. Figured I should introduce myself here. With the 4l70 a shift kit and a vet servo are good upgrades to add to the life of your transmission. I would also recommend a set of aluminum accumulator pistons be installed while doing the shift kit. With this combo the trans should gain some added strength basically until you break it.
