You better have a huge bottle to run all night long.I get about three good passes with a 15# bottle, after that it's unpredictable. You may have better results,my bottle had to be angled to disguise.Placement in line with truck is better,I get swirl and makes p/up iffy when low.

Around here the z's run 13's or better
Hemi's run 15's one reg cab hemi running mid 14's
    TnTrk53 grn '01 ecsb.

My girls 94 z28 runs a 13.87 with a auto,3.42,and cooper cobra street tires. Note her z isnt an ls1 or an electronic tranny. I raced my brother inlaw who has a rcsb hemi on 20's and he was no contest. It was like he wasnt even trying. Im not impressed with the hemi at all you would think that truck would run a hell of a lot better with 345hp on tap. Kind of like the new ford tritons that hit peak torque at 1000 rpm and make 300 hp at almost 5000rpm the new fords are done after 1000rpm. The extended cab fords run a 16.5 or so. My tbi 350 runs quicker than that and mine is only rated at 210hp. I can consistently beat a new ford and i can edge a new hemi sometimes with 210 factory rated hp. Hell my truck has a 3.08 rear gear too. I think someone is inflating numbers. If the hemis do actually make 345 they run like 210 because i can get them sometimes. HEMI & 5.4L TRITON. a buddy of mine has a 2003 extened cab chevy with the 5.3, with a flowmaster exhaust and he can beat a new hemi extended cab by 1 length the new fords are even worse. I seriously think dodge inflated the numbers on the hemi. One more example is the 04 2500HD i test drove. It had the 6.0 in it and I beat a 2500 ram with the HEMI in it like it was standing still. Thats why i will take a chevy any day of the week.

I raced a Hemi from an 80 mph punch and had 2.5 lengths by about 110 mph. We dyno'd one at school the other day and it put down 249 hp, and 270 tq. THis was on a dynojet dynometer.

One more thing on the z28 vs dodge thing. When the new body style first came out the opti spark on my girls car was messing up and it would cause the car to speed up and slow down and jerk back and fourth like it wasnt getting any fuel. Well a guy in a new dodge ecsb decided he wanted to race from about 35. So naturally not wanting a guy to show her up and with some helpfull coaxing of my own she stomped it and all the dodge could do is manage to keep him self within a car length of us. The whole time the car was jerking and not wanting to go like it had one hell of a bad case of the missfires. I could take her in my 91 at that time. Now that her car is fixed there is no chance by the time i get to 100 she has hit 150 and slowed back down.
