Thread: TCI trans pan

    I finished my trans install last weekend. The trans is working great. I installed the TCI pan Part #890-378015. It has a magnetic drain plug, uses an o-ring instead of a traditional gasket to seal to trans body. It also comes with stainless steel mounting hardware. They claim 3.3 extra quart of fluid, but I think it is the same as the gm deep pan (I only needed 8qts of fluid when I got trans in). They must rate it over the shallow pan. Over all It is a very nice pan, not cheap, but no fitment issues at all. I'll give it a

    Looks good under there! That crossover pipe on the 4wd hangs low enough.

    filter part #?

    i just bought the same pan but im having trouble finding the correct filter that tci wants.

    Use the Same filter For the deep GM pan.
