Does anyone know if the 5 wire MAF wire Color codes are the same across all years , just the 5 wire truck and cars .
Black,Brown,Black/White strip,Yellow,Pink,same for all years ?
Now what is a tune again?

The pin out is the same, from what I've seen, the wire colors are the same also.
The black and brown wire are always the intake temp wires.

good luck,

Thanks , that's what I thought as well just checking to make sure .
Was doing OLSD and decided to remove the MAF plug and just use the IAT and found out it was the Black/Brown , but someone asked if it was the same for all 5 wire MAFs , did not know for sure so wanted to ask.

What's the advantages of going Speed Density (anyone)?

I found this after I asked. But still not real sure why.

Really not much SD is not all that , some people think it is cool they can say " I'm in SD" , boosting I could see it , but if you don't have tuning software I would not recommend it .
I am just trying OLSD with a custom 3bar OS and see how it goes , but for anyone else I would recommend CLSD .

Below by joecar ,

SD = airflow is calculated from engine speed and air density; MAF-less.

Open loop = not using feedback from the NBO2's.

Closed loop = using feedback from the NBO2's to control air:fuel to 14.63.
