i usually don't do this but i think i've been very patient. i had a 2000 ls1 harness that i was going to sell to dynatech. but instead, we worked out a trade. i needed an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a VATS bypass module for my swap. i shipped my package to him around november 10th. i know he received it because ups showed that he signed for it. it is now december 20th and i have yet to receive my parts. at first, he said he shipped it but he couldn't find the tracking number. then he said he lost the number. then at least a week goes by and i can't get in touch with him. he says he ran off to vegas to get married and had to take car of some personal things. understandable. but how long does it take to box up 2 things and ship them? 10 minutes? 20 minutes? another week goes by and he says he lost my address. so i give it to him again. that was around dec 9-10th. i know it was because i was stressing about my finals. well, i'm home from college now and trying to get the swap done and i'm still without parts. he says he shipped it the day he asked for my address. it takes 5 days tops for me to get something from california. i order things from there all the time. this is the 10th day and the mail has already run for the day. btw he shipped it usps so there is no tracking number . i generally dont do things like this but customer service like this is unexcusable. and i know im not the only that has gotten service like this from him. sorry for the long post and sorry for doing this but i want my damn parts!!!!!

welcome to the club ! it took him over three months to do my harness and it still wasn't what I had ask for. I told him that I wanted to retain all the factory gauges.(THAT MEANS ALL) the temp wire was completely removed from the harness and the oil level sensor was removed as well.

oh ,I almost forgot ! there was a loose wire in the harness and melted almost half of it ! His reply "you must have nicked it while installing it , send it back and I will look to see if it was our fault ." and If I had sent it back I'm sure it would have been my fault . so I rewired it myself and now its purring like a kitten!

Im not out to hurt other peoples business, (just to inform people) but he needs to work hard on his customer relations. I understand that things happen but I ask for him to send me a factory harness back to me and I would send him his/mine back as soon as I recieved the factory harness. This way I could wire the truck myself. His reply "I don't have one to send you send me the burnt one back and I will fix it for you ".Sorry ,but I don't want a reworked burnt harness built by someone who tends to lose things and waits 3 months to ship something. I would be stuck with nothing.I now have to purchases a factory harness for $300(plus the $400 for his harness)and wire it myself over the winter.

p.s. I even mentioned in my book where I got the harnees for my conversion at ! so he can't say I'm out to hurt his business !

heres a pic of the burnt harness ! imagine if it had burnt the whole truck !

    Tell me what you think
Is an even trade cool with you ?[/b]
this quote is being taken directly from a pm sent to me from you. nowhere did you mention any hardware being sent with it let alone $90 worth. and yes, i understand christmas mail. it cost me 12 bucks to ship you my harness. i know the box can't be any bigger than the one you're shipping my stuff in. i shipped it in a damn mayonaise box that was like 15x15x15. i'm going on what you've told me. christmas mail wouldn't have been an issue if you would have shipped it when you first told me you did.

well thank you for everything man. i appreciate you helping this poor little college student out. i'm sorry it was such a big deal. i didn't ask for your damn charity. i didn't ask for the hardware, and if i remember correctly, at one time i was going to throw in some money to buy it, but i told you no, and that all i needed was the regulator. talking smack? how am i talking smack? i'll i've stated is that you didn't ship the parts when YOU told me you were going to. then YOU LIED TO ME and told me that you lost the tracking number even though it was never shipped. that really pissed me off, but when i talked to you later you said you had another guy that does your shipping so i can understand how it can happen. i was cool with that. but over a month man? come on.

"THIS MAKES ME THINK THAT THE REST OF THE WORK ON YOUR S10 CONVERSION IS JUST AS HACKED." only as hacked as the wiring !

"Zo6s10 Guy Personally confirmed with me that the charging wire rubbed on the fuel rail. YOU DON'T HANG WIRE LOOM ON SHARP METAL EDGES. USE THE CORRECT HARWARE."

It was fastened with the factory plastis clips and I didnt comfirm a damn thing with you ! you assumed and tried to make me believe thats what happened.you see, theres the problem :make everyone believe your right and everyone else can't even install a wiring harness without cutting it all to hell ! was the one I sent you cut up ? NO ! have I ever had a problem with harnesses ? NO !

"It is eveident that you dont know how some of the late model gauge systems work. If you really know what you are doing you should know that the gauges work on 8192 baud and not individual senders"
hmmm..Thats why I thought I would let someone who knew do it . I guess Im just another dumbass customer whose not up to date with the 8192 baud. If I were do you think I would have wasted three months of my life and $40 in phone calls just to recieve a screwed up harness in return?

So why are you not working for any of those companies now? Let me guess ....you were always right about everything!and they were always wrong !

and exactly where are the so called "sharp "edges of a fuel rail anyway? in all of my coversions I have yet to see one?

"Honestly that is a MECHANICAL FAILURE The wire was not properly fastened to the loon clips. (don't seek a job working on Aircraft)"

Apparently you have worked on some aircraft . You know exactly what will burn one.

" GOOD LUCK WITH HIS BOOK "
Thanks. I'm sure it will sell better when I revise it and take your name out of it !

oh ... and remember folks....The cutomer is always right ( except when dealing with DYNATECH &#33

Ill put in a good word (or two ) for you !

    HAVE A NICE DAY !

but when i talked to you later you said you had another guy that does your shipping that was one of the lies he told me !

The other was thats "The harness is in the tachometer calibration department".

I think he would rather work on his own junk then worry about the people that pay for it .
