So I head over to the dealership today, to get my truck looked over before I head down to Nebraska for some hunting, because it is now winter here in ND and I wanted to make sure everything was good. So while my truck was being looked at which took like two hour to do some simple stuff, I decided to go and check out the showroom. And there it was, the new Silverado. The one they had was a Black Crew cab 4x4 with twenty's. So I start looking over this truck from inside & out and also looked under the truck and under the hood. Well, while I was looking under the hood I noticed that there was alot of room in there and couldn't figure out why, bam it hit me, there was an E-fan in place of the crank fan or whatever you want to call it. Now The d/s has more room then the p/s and instead of having one battery, it has two. So I get done with all my inspections and stand back and look at this truck, and all I can say is I want one, but for $39,000.00 it will have to wait. I think they look better in person then they in pictures.

Not really crazy, since the crew cabs inception it has outsold all other cab configurations

when i was test driving my '06, the salesman told me they might do away with extended cabs.. he said something like the crew cabs are better sellers and a lot of people want the extra door. like how they have practically done away with regular cabs, because everyone wants extended now. he said it'll take a few years to catch on though..

the day they go to all crew cabs and no single cab trucks, i might just switch to SUV's instead. i like the idea of a lightweight powerful machine. its like u got the option of a huge engine bay in a lighter frame. if i want extra room i think ill go with a tahoe or escalade. not to take away from the crew cabs, i understand y ud get one, just think if u dnt have a family or something u prob wouldnt need 1.
