GM has never made this truck, and its not a 550hp unit. it is a early magna kit, in 2004 they changed the cooler bottle to mount on the fuse box. this most likely was dealership showroom truck. i build them all the time w/a 6"rcd lift kit, all the sales people call it a "factory" option. the magna charger looks real factory.

It would still be a bad ass truck to own. Its got really low mileage, and I bet its good for 13 even if not lower at the track. I just wouldnt pay 40Gs for it
