ok, im looking at a 99 LS1 for my truck. its got the 853 heads on it. after a little research i figured out that theres no differences in the design between the 853 heads and the 941 heads. the only difference between the two is that the 853's are sand cast and the 941 heads are die cast. thats all i can figure out. no flow numbers or anything else like that. does anyone know the differences in flow numbers between the two, or maybe the HP difference between the two sets of heads. if its a huge difference ill just let this motor go on down to the next buyer even though its an awesome deal. headwork is expensive and new heads aint cheap either
