    Hello-

Well we just got done installing the STS kit on my truck today and the wiring harness has this little buzzer/beeper that comes into the passenger compartment and also a little toggle switch with 3 wires going to it.
I thought the buzzer was a warning that the oil pump was not working, but it is pumping the oil fine and I drove the truck for 45 mins (getting on it alot) and never smoked or acted weird.
Everytime I floor it though the buzzer screams at me until I back off some then it stops.
I flipped that toggle switch and I can hear the sound of the oil pump change like it is running high speed, but with the switch in either position I get the loud warning buzzer and it is annoying.

Anyone have a clue what is going on and what that switch is for? My STS instructions say nothing about the switch but someting about the beeper being a oil pump warning.

Otherwise the kit is awesome and the truck is lots of fun. STS rules!!

    Later, Ty

Its the buzzer from the switch back by the oil pump. Pull the cover off, pull the rubber plug out of the top with a pick or small screw dirver and screw the allen head in (clockwise) half turn at a time until the buzzer quits going off. Can't remember what size allen wrench but I think around 7/32. May want to take a size either direction under there with you.
