I am installing a 2001 5.3 in a 84 truck. The 5.3 had 4 02 sensors originally. Do I need to run 4 or can I run 2 and do I need to include how many there is when I have my ecm retuned. Where do I locate them? I am not going to run cats but a dual exhaust system all the way back.
You only need the front 2, although it will throw a ses light unless you have the rear 2 tuned out.
